CRED is a mobile payments platform that develops simple, safe solutions to redefine your relationship with credit cards through an efficient and transparent experiences. Our objective is to fight complexity and empower you, returning control of your credit cards back to you. Through efficient technology and design we help you solve the problem of handling multiple cards, missing out on payments and having to deal with the complex conversion of reward points.

How do I register on the app?
Easy! Access the app on your mobile. Then, enter your mobile number linked to your cards. Allow permission to read SMS or enter OTP manually. Enter your first and last name and voila! You are all set. We will do the rest.

What is the eligibility criteria to get membership?
CRED aims at building a better financial world for its consumers. We want to enable you to have access to better offers and upgrades from premium brands. To enable this, we have an acceptable brands. To enable this, we have an acceptable Experian credit score of a minimum of 750 or CRIF credit score of minimum 570 for credit card holders.

Is KYC Verification necessary to get membership?
The registration process is simple. There is no KYC needed. However, we required your complete name and verified mobile number to complete registration.

How safe is it for me to share my personal information?
Safety and trust are at the forefront of what we do. The app works on the forefront of what we do. The app works on the guiding principle of opt-in consent and full transparency. It is equipped with 256 bit encryption and all transaction are 100% secure. While we cannot disclose specifics on the security implementation, all industry best practices and standards have been implemented and continue to be improved upon for securing customer data which includes all data flow being TLS only. We use HSM tokens and encryption both at application and database layers as well as encryption at REST. We have a regular key rotation policy. Any maintenance or upgrades of application or to the servers hosting the application involve extensive audit trails and approval processes. There are regular third party audits by recognised auditors. CRED is firmly committed to protecting the safety of our customer data.

I have two mobile numbers, which one should I use for Registration?
We need you to use the mobile number registered with the credit card i.e. the number to which you receive all your bank communication.

I have not received the OTP on my phone, what should I do?
There could be a couple of factors causing a delay in the delivery of the OTP. Please check your network connection. You can try 'Resent' button and wait for a minute to get OTP.

I am having trouble completing my registration
Sorry you have to face this but do no worry! We are here to help you.
