My statements do not come in my linked Gmail account? Is there a workaround?
The simplest way is to update your Gmail account with your banks so that you can receive all statements at one email. In case that may not be possible, you can forward all you bank emails, including statements and notifications to your Gmail. You can set a auto-forward option so that it happens automatically.

Why aren't my statement details getting updated after I paid my credit card bill?
CRED analyses data based on your latest statements available. Since the payment was made after the statement was received, this payment will show up on your next statement.
However, as soon as we receive confirmation that the payment is posted to your account, we will update it under 'Payment history' section so that you know its paid.

I have different bank statements available in different email accounts, how can I managed them?

In case that not be possible, you can forward all your bank emails, including statements and notifications to your Gmail linked with CRED profile. You can set a auto-forward option so that it happens automatically.
